Payable helps you make applications, registrations, and fundraisers created in Google Forms accept payments, helping small businesses, parents, teachers, side hustlers, clubs and nonprofits instantly get paid with no hassle or costly checkout setups on hard-to-use websites. Use the Payable Forms Add-On and in minutes, you’ll be able to accept Square, Paypal, Stripe or Razorpay as payments right from your Google Form.
And now, we have several new features that our users have been asking for, designed to help you accept payments, keep track of orders, and even use promo codes to drive more customers to your Form. Here’s what’s new:
Take Cash App Payments. CashApp Pay now works with sellers using Square as their connected payment provider. To find out more about how it works, check out our blog post here.
Promo Codes Added to Google Sheets. Now, if your customer uses a promo code, your connected Sheet automatically updates with the code used and the adjusted price.
Set up Recurring Subscriptions in Square and Stripe.Both are now offer both one-time and recurring subscription payments and support Apple and Google Pay for one-time checkouts.
Opt in to Send Payment Reminders. You can now turn on payment reminders in the Notification Settings section of the Payable Forms Add-On sidebar. If payment for an order is not received in 24 Hours, we send a friendly reminder.
